Senator Alan Seabaugh
At Pleasure Senate Education Committee
Sen. Alan Seabaugh is an attorney from Shreveport, LA, and represents Senate District 31. He previously served as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from District 5 in Caddo Parish. A graduate of Captain Shreve High School, LSU, and LSU Law School, he has been practicing law since 1994 and is the founding partner of Seabaugh & Sepulvado law firm. He is a member of the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions where he helps grade the Constitutional Law section of the Louisiana Bar Examination. In the Senate, he is chair of the Labor and Industrial Relations Committee, and he is a member of the Insurance and Judiciary committees.

Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts
Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) is the preeminent state-supported residential high school with competitive admissions for Louisiana's high-achieving, highly-motivated sophomores, juniors, and seniors. As a public school, there is no tuition to attend, and assistance from the LSMSA Foundation ensures the program is available to all qualifying students regardless of family financial need.
